H.W. “Hank” Massey, Jr., President of Massey, Clark, Fischer (MCF), was born in 1956 and Massey, Clark, Fischer was first established in 1958, founded by his father, Harry Massey, Sr. MCF is proudly celebrating 60 years in business this year! Basically, Hank “grew up” in the Insurance Agency and he has worked there his entire life.
Hank was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida and attended public schools 1st through 12th grades having graduated from Forest Hill High School in 1974. His roots are obviously strong in Palm Beach County and the South Florida community.
After High School, Hank went to the University of the South (Sewanee) where he continued his football career and he had the honor of playing under head football coach Shirley Majors. The Majors family is a stalwart family in the State of Tennessee having produced several All Americans and college football coaches.
After Sewanee, Hank transferred to the University of Florida where he majored in insurance and finance. While in college Hank attained his first insurance license from the State of Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida, Hank joined the Agency full time where he teamed with his father and uncle, Franck Massey, Esq.
Not only did Hank major in insurance and obtain his college undergraduate degree in insurance, he later added two advanced insurance degrees: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). These multiple insurance degrees, along with his 45+ years of experience, help advance Hank’s knowledge and expertise which all help to benefit the Agency’s clients, business associates, employees, and friends.
Today Hank specializes in business and commercial insurance (liability, property, worker’s compensation, business automobile, employee benefits, bonds, etc.) and on the personal insurance needs (home, automobile, life, boats, etc.) for the business owner and professional.
Hank resides in West Palm Beach with his wife, Tammie. Their two daughters, Jessica and Erin, and sons-in-law, Mike and Adam, have blessed them with five (awesome) grandchildren.
