Massey, Clark, Fischer, Where Relationships Matter!
They say the best relationships are the ones that are built to last. Such relationships transcend the superficial. In the case of a relationship with your insurance advisor, this manifests itself in the form of “needs-based and forward thinking” policy and coverage recommendations. Here at Massey, Clark, Fischer, we are all about such relationships! Every person and every business has unique needs and we understand that very well. This Valentine's Day, we encourage you to think about all of the relationships that are important to you and remember you deserve to have a great relationship with your insurance agent and your insurance agency.
It’s a well-known fact, that most people don’t like insurance conversations or discussions. We know many of you prefer to avoid insurance policy conversations. That’s why we simply ask you to tell us about you/your business and then we will start the wheels turning to create a custom insurance solution that fits your needs. Always ask yourself...does my insurance professional have the experience and the expertise to offer me the best advice possible? What industry credentials do they have? Am I getting what I expected out of my insurance policies? We at Massey, Clark, Fischer have been in the insurance business for over 60 years and we understand the predicament that you face, especially in this era where so much is done “online” and fewer and fewer in-person relationship oriented agencies exist. Remember, it does not cost you anything to have one of our insurance professionals to assist you...the insurance companies pay us and it does not impact your premiums at all. Each and every client we serve is much more than just a transaction to us. Over the years, we found that adopting a relationship philosophy has led to lifelong and multi-generational clients and always yields the best benefits for our clients!
Our Philosophy - Building Relationships
Relationships are very subjective, wouldn't you agree? People tend to be more receptive of forming a relationship when familiarity is present. They like to know who they are getting involved with and to have some common grounds in that relationship. It's no different when it comes to persons and businesses thinking about insurance. The whole idea of having insurance is to mitigate risks and protect assets. That would typically involve you giving us a significant amount of personal/business information about your finances, health, future goals, etc. Only then can we provide you with the most comprehensive and customized options. At Massey, Clark, Fischer, our relationship with clients is predicated on this credo of personalized service. We are prepared to take the time it takes to get to know our clients, to analyze every piece of information and use our expertise to provide insurance options that meet your needs and exceeds your expectations.
Our People, Our Expertise and Our Services
Massey, Clark, Fischer has been proudly serving both residential and commercial clients in the Palm Beaches since 1958. What has remained constant over the years is our recognition that people are our most valuable resource! Our close-knit team culture creates an environment that has allowed our employees to really enjoy what they do and take the time it takes to offer best-in-class service to our clients. Our team is filled with highly experienced and caring professionals, who are all specialists in crafting the tailored, custom coverages that meet your needs. We consider you as part of our Massey, Clark, Fischer family! We like to have face to face conversations with our clients which is why we are still one of only a few local firms that maintain an actual office. Why do business with internet robots that sell the same things to people with vastly different circumstances? We still answer the phone with a real person and our collective experiences in the insurance industry make us the best at what we do. Examples of this are Hank Massey’s (one of our principals) two advanced insurance degrees - Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) which together very few persons have in the industry. In addition, we are an independent agency that is not beholden to one particular carrier and as such Massey, Clark, Fischer, represents a multitude of national insurance carriers including AmTrust, MetLife, Progressive, Travelers, Hartford, just to name a few. This means we can assemble the perfect coverage for your unique needs every time.
At the end of the day, relationships do matter! And it is more than just sitting down and talking to your clients. Relationships are built as time goes by, as situations occur and as we encounter different experiences dealing with things. Something as simple as listening, taking initiative, making suggestions and taking the time out to communicate effectively can contribute to a strong relationship. We urge you to embrace all the relationships that matter to you, this Valentine’s Day and remember you’re part of our family here at Massey, Clark, Fischer.
