Florida is considered the “boating capital” of the world, and for good reason. The state has the highest number of registered recreational boating vessels, approximately 959,000. Frank Polyak earned his 4-40 Resident Customer Representative license in 2019 and then his 2-20 General Lines Property & Casualty license in 2021.
