Being the Senior Personal Lines Account Manager, she is a valued member of our team. Through her talent of understanding people and their issues, she has not just made a difference for our organization, but also positively impacted the lives of our clients. Her radiant personality inspires us all. We are immensely proud of her and take this opportunity to share her inspiring journey with everyone.

A Mountain Girl Through and Through

Originally from West Virginia, Judi moved to Florida in 1985 and did her schooling in Jacksonville. After graduating from high school, she took up summer jobs at the age of 17 and has always been working ever since. She went to Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) and did business classes. She was in the process of getting an Associate's Degree before she moved with her husband to West Palm Beach in 1994. That’s when her journey with MCF began. 

  "A lot of things have changed in my life when we moved. I'm originally from West Virginia. I always tell my clients and they would laugh, I would say, you can take the girl out of the mountains, but you can't take the mountain out of the girl."

An All-Rounder with a Personal Touch

As the Senior Personal Lines Account Manager, Judi Harden is very good with relating and understanding our client’s needs. She manages a book of business with all the duties, retention, rewrites for non renewals and any rewrites for clients.

She can do her own marketing and is a people person. Her superior emotional intelligence and outstanding communication skills serve as a great facilitator with customers and teammates alike. Her trustworthy and reliable nature helps her better serve potential and existing clients. Judi embodies the personalized service that sets Massey, Clark, Fischer aside from our competitors.

“[At MCF] I think it's the service. You know, it's hard to find good service and it's something we've always stood by. If you want, if you call me, I'm gonna pick up the phone. If I'm not able to pick up the phone, I leave a message saying I'll call you back as soon as possible, and that's what I intend to do. I never put anybody aside… The customer always needs to be taken care of. If they have a question, they always know, there's no such thing as a stupid question.”

A Lover of Family and Fun

Outside of work, Judi loves going to the casino and solving jigsaw puzzles. A great fan of football, she once had season tickets for the Jacksonville Jaguars for 22 years. Judi is big on family. She was married to her husband for 54 years before he passed. Together they raised two children. While her daughter and grandchildren currently live in North Carolina, her son is still close by and she has other family members in Fort Myers.
