Beware of Recent Scam Activity

The people behind these attempts are sending emails and texts that look like normal business communication including order confirmations, refund notices, etc.

Usually, the caller or sender pretends there is an urgent issue with a recent purchase or claims a refund is waiting to be processed.

Beware Of Recent Scam Activity

We want to advise all of our clients of a type of scam that has been affecting many businesses all across the country. While we are not aware of any situations with us and our clients, here’s what to watch for and how to stay protected.

The people behind these attempts are sending emails and texts that look like normal business communication including order confirmations, refund notices, etc. Usually, the caller or sender pretends there is an urgent issue with a recent purchase or claims a refund is waiting to be processed. The entire goal is to rush you into sharing your company credit card or banking information over the phone.

Please note that Massey, Clark, Fischer DOES NOT operate this way. Our billing department and your assigned sales representative will never contact you unexpectedly to demand payment details or process a refund in this manner.

If you get a notification that seems even slightly off, please do not click any links, give out your information, etc. Simply hang up, dial our main office at 561-478-1660  and we can easily check your account status and confirm if the request is real.

Hank Massey Jr. majored in Insurance at the University of Florida and graduated with his B.S. in Business Administration in 1983.
